The basic roller wheel comes with (1)) 25" dia wheel in the following multi-bolt patterns:
5x 4-1/2" Ford (1/2 bolt hole) 
5 x 4-3/4" Chevy(1/2 bolt hole) 
 
Both patterns are included on the wheel. Center hole size is 3-1/8" and clears most brake hubs including aftermarket such as Wilwood
